Welcome to EMERGENCE

An invitation to step fully into the medicine man/woman you already know you are.

An opportunity to sharpen your space-holding skills, integrate ceremonial practices into your work and carry forward this medicine in a good way.

A hands-on training program designed to teach you how to run ceremonies with my Quantum Creation method.

This program weaves specific hands-on ceremonial training throughout a series of 8 ceremonies over the course of 8 months.

During the 4 training weekend retreats, each participant gets an opportunity to sit to the left of the altar as a primary guardian of the space and hold the responsibility of helping me run the ceremony. This will involve all aspects of guardianship and I will give you hands-on training through every point of the ceremony - start to finish. Each retreat will progress with more responsibilities being slowly handed by Ima over to the guardians. In the first retreat, you will sit to my left in the guardianship seat and you will primarily watch closely what I am doing, studying how I am running the ceremony, and I will teach you how to do each piece as I am doing it, preparing you to take it over in the following training ceremonies. Training includes:

Gridding the land

Building the fire

Setting the altar

Opening the directions

Dosing and pouring medicine

Building the energy (instruments and tools)

Maintaining and moving the energy (tools - feathers, herbs, sprays, oils, etc.)

Tending the fire

Supporting the participants

Musical accompaniment

Closing the ceremony

Cleaning the energy of the space

How to work with the instruments (flute, drum, chacapa, harmonica, etc.)

STRUCTURE OF PROGRAM

Each retreat will progress with more responsibilities being slowly handed by Ima over to the guardians. In the first retreat, you will sit to my left in the guardianship seat and you will primarily watch closely what I am doing, studying how I am running the ceremony, and I will teach you how to do each piece as I am doing it, preparing you to take it over in the following training ceremonies. By the time we reach the final weekend retreat (ceremonies), each of you will be running the entire ceremony with me sitting next to you shadowing and supporting you to do so.

In between each month of training, we will also hold a group training call:

1st training call: Before ceremony (Screening, Contraindications, Heath, Intake Forms, Discovery Calls, Dosage, etc.)

2nd training call: During ceremony (what to expect, navigating the shamanic realms, what this medicine specifically can bring up, trauma informed tools and practices for participants, etc.)

3rd training call: how to create and utilize my ceremony structure, learning the Quantum Creation process for work with clients and integrating through fabric of ceremony, how to layer the grids (Air/Fire/Water/Earth > Child/Father/Mother/Elder)

4th training call: how to support participants after ceremony, physical grounding/soul retrieval tools for morning and sharing circle after ceremony, integration tools, etc.

Aside from the space-holding training to carry forward in your service, you will also be participating in a larger curriculum of quantum energy work for your life, and this will also become the template and structure for the ceremonies you are running.

In addition to all of this, you will also receive a group call after each training weekend (integration call) as well as a 60 minute 1:1 coaching call with me each month to further support you.

In between trainings, you are welcome to join my group ceremonies and support as guardians of the space. This is optional, and can help provide more learning opportunities. Roles and specific expectations will be outlined in detail should you choose to attend.

Once you’ve completed the training, you'll have the option and invitation to join me and support ceremonies and retreats that I'm running as a team member. 

LOGISTICS

There are only 8 spots for each round of this program, so that each person will have a chance to sit to the left of the altar and support a ceremony in direct guardianship. The small and intimate size of the program allows for really high level work with each of you and gives me the capacity to comprehensively train each person so I can provide my blessing to carry forward this work in a good way that I can stand behind with integrity.

We are currently in the midst of a training program. Our next cohort begins January 2026 and enrollment will open October 2025.

PLEASE NOTE

This training and all work is housed and protected under The Temple of the Eagle and Condor - a lawfully established Private Ministerial Association and Church. If you are accepted into this training, you will receive a waiver to sign for your participation within the activity of the Temple as well as a membership agreement which enacts the protections. Membership with the Temple is required in order to participate in its activities.

Ima Rao

He is a trauma-informed, somatic oriented facilitator with 10+ years of experience training and coaching people all around the world as well as running retreats and ceremonies.

He has started and run multiple six-figure coaching businesses and taken hundreds of people through his coaching programs and consulting processes. With a Masters in Nonprofit Management and a focus on Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation, he is the former Co-Founder and Executive Director of RENEW - a nonprofit organization that ran transformational workshops for thousands of young people all around the world to learn to love themselves and live their dreams. 

He is deeply passionate about supporting our next generation while honoring our ancestors and the indigenous wisdom carriers.
