The Temple of the Eagle and Condor is a private unincorporated church, or what’s known as a private ministerial association (“PMA”) which invokes the 508(c)(1)(a) section of the IRS Tax Code. This means that it’s a faith-based organization that only serves its private members according to private contract, and is lawfully tax-exempt.
As a private unincorporated church, we draw on the longstanding rights and traditions of religious liberty in this country and place God as the true authority over our religious practices under Common, Divine, & Natural Law – as churches have always done.
Monthly membership is a recurring donation, or “tithe” to the church, and supports our mission of building bridges across culture and faith to exercise our freedom to pray and sing together.
Your donation helps us with things like putting on events for the community, flying over indigenous wisdom keepers, and supporting community members to receive our services when they are unable to contribute on our own.
It also means that our private offerings are served only to members which offers a container of protection, mutual trust, and reciprocity; religious services require active membership with TOTEAC and active membership can only be enacted through a monthly tithe.
It takes a village, and we embrace this philosophy whole-heartedly. Community lives as the heartbeat at the center of it all.

Monthly tithes are $33/month recurring donations that can be canceled at any time, but must at least be active during your participation in church activities.
